Warm up:

  • 5 mins power walk on treadmill
  • Speed: 3.0
  • Incline: 6.0

Workout:

  • Medicine Ball Wall Tosses (3 sets x 20 reps; 14lbs)
  • Medicine Ball Slams (3 sets x 20 reps; 18lbs)
  • Treadmill (20 mins; speed 3.0, incline 6.0)
